I was very shocked when I received my cell phone bill from this company who claimed that I signed up for mobile services. I was unaware because for the last month I had been ignoring text msg's & didn't think anything of it UNTIL I received my bill from my telephone service provider & noted PridictoMobile for a fee of $9.99. I called the 800-360-0518 & was a very unhappy individual.

Prior to calling the company I did a Google search & found the company. I had a text msg sent w/ my password, signed in & went to my profile. I did an alt-print screen because I didn't even have a profile set up. All the fields were blank from my name, address, telephone number, etc.

When I called the company I told them what I had discovered & will file a complaint. I told them I am almost 50 years old & have no need for that kind of CRAP like the younger generation do. The lady was very polite & nice despite the fact that I was livid. She stated that she was sending me a check for the amount of $9.99, which will take 7 to 10 business days.

Beware & check your monthly bill, if you get a strange text msg, check it out right away. Do not ignore it, which is what I did, because it will NOT go away.

Now, how does one protect your cell number? Anyone have tips? I've got three other charges on my bill & I have no idea who they are. I'm so TICKED OFF right now.....
