Told them to remove charges or I will report them to the FTC, BBB and atty. general offices. Supervisor got on phone and verified my address that I had given the inital rep. I'd spoken with, and was told that they would be issuing a refund check in 7-10 days.
If this soesn't happen, I will report to the above agencies.
Do not let them get away with this scam. Just mention FTC, BBB and atty. general and immediately you are transferred to supervisor.
