Predictomobile Slamming Fort Lee New Jersey

I am with Virgin Mobile. Which means my cell phone account is prepaid. Predictomobile as a third party biller deducted $9.99 as an activation fee. PLUS 5 cents for each text message.

Problem. I live in FLorida and do not use my cell phone here. I have it for use ONLY when I am in NYC on business. I haven't been in NYC since April. YET I was robbed of $10.25 to date from this outfit for text messaging ...which I do not know how to use...and fun games...which I don't play...WOuld you play games on a phone that is costing you 18 cents a minute?

I have never heard of this outfit, never signed up for anything. I called virgin mobile only because I checked my balance and there was money missing. THEY told me to call PRedictomobile. SO I DID.

At first I was told I did sign up and it was non refundable. THEN I STARTED TO YELL. after about 10 minutes in which she told me I could not speak to anyone at corporate she agreed to send me a refund. I'll believe that when I see it.

I have spoken to Virgin Mobile and told them they are complicit in a theft. They have a fiduciary responsibility since they are holding my money to find out who is taking money out of my account. They are looking into it.

I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General.

I want to shut these MF'ers down. The 10 bucks is chump change, but stealing 10 bucks is a felony. I e mailed Predictomobile and told them that if a check for the amount is not overnighted to me within 5 days I will file suit.

The only way to go after this scum is to hit them in their bank account. And then slam their #*($*# in prison.

In the meantime I intend to call their toll free number every hour and yell. I have been robbed and the least I can do is remind them every hour.
