Beware! These people are lairs! It's a small group of young degenerates packed into a sweat shop style "suite" in Encino, CA. I'm pretty sure the highest level of education for management is the fifth grade at best. Here is what they do, they call you and promise to save you money on your long distance and internet, then after you switch they send you a very high bill and pawn it off as saying "oh, well the first bill is for a month and a half of service". Then they bill you the second time for nearly twice the amount!!??! I called to find out why I have been lied to by one of their customer service reps "Jose" and they sent me to some cocky pathetic woman who titled her degenerate self supervisor by the name of "Cynthia". "Cynthai" sadly attempted to talk to me like I was a child and probably was trying to show off in front of her team of sweat shop monkey's in an another sad attempt to show them how to handle "problem customers". Hopefully you have researched this poor excuse of a company before investing any of your time and money and find this. Stay away from "Preferred Long Distance" or any DBA at 16830 Ventura Blvd Encino, CA 91346, the absolute and most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of encountering.
