This is NOT a slander notice. This is REAL!!

They have been holding money from their vendors for over a year now and AS I'M TRYING TO GET A PAYMENT FROM THEM FOR MY BUSINESS for quite some time now, I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS A SYSTEMATIC WAY FOR THEM TO HANDLE THEIR VENDORS.

They don't pay on time or don't pay at all.

They preferred to go to court or to reach a settlement to pay less money that they owe.

I wish I would know this before doing any business with them.

Don't be fooled like myself and other companies thinking it's not going to happen to you.

They are deceiving vendors saying they are sending checks while you are still working in properties.

Unfortunately, I just heard about carpet cleaning companies that haven't got paid for over 8 months (approx. $32,000).
To myself one of the managers said over the phone I don't have to pay you- take me to court
(And that was at the FIRST time asking them to clear a past due balance after 3 months of non-payment).

I have a service company and I work with other corporations and property management and not once I had a problem like this.

I guess that they don't have the money or that they just not willing to pay.

I am talking about big amounts of money that will seriously hurt any small business owner.

For my own security I can't give my company information as I'm still trying to retrieve months of hard work on several of properties, but if any of you also got hurt let's unite and fight together, I have already spoke with few of major TV news reporters that are willing to investigate this.
