Preferred Tax Relief All in One Tax Services and Michael Hepworth, EA Preferred tax Relief Disappeared and didn't work on my case and now ALL IN ONE is contacting me El Segundo, California

I was a client of Preferred Tax Relief. I signed up with them earlier this year...I have tried to reach them for over 2 months and I have gotten nowhere!! All of a sudden I get this letter from All In One Tax Services in El Segundo, CA telling me that Michael Helpworth EA wants me to contact a Marvin Adler at 800-773-8147 to discuss my options. The letter says this,
"It has come to my attention that you may have some outstanding tax issues with Preferred Tax Relief. As you may also know, the company has now closed and I have acquired access to your file. Please call my associate Marvin Adler at 800-773-8147 to discuss your options."
What the hell is this all about?! First off, why can't they call ME and tell ME that my case is being worked on or NOT. I am afraid I have been scammed but I just don't know how all of this works. Why would a company "now close" without telling me, and then I get a mysterious letter. Is this legal, someone please let me know what I can do. I don't want to call, I'm fearing they might want to sell me for more of my hard earned money. I have already reported this company to the FTC and Disctrict Attorney's office and I'm about to send this letter the the DA as well!

I have been a client of Micheal hepworth for going on 3 years. I was refereed to Micheal through a friend of mine. I have found him to be nothing but very patiance with my up and down scedhule, honest and very competent on dealing with my tax's. He has worked hard to get me out of sticky situations and I apprieacte his honest and persoanl touch. He oftern calls to check in which I appricate. I have zero afflication with Micheal or his company and I am not indorsed in anyway. I only have writen what I have written as its 100% true.

All in One Tax Services in El Segundo, CA is a corporation formed in January 2011 and had no affiliation whatsoever with Preferred Tax Relief. The only affiliation that All In One Tax had with Preferred Tax Relief starting in June 2011 is the following:
Several workers for Preferred Tax Relief were so dismayed at the closure of the company that they wanted to contact someone who had experience and could help out many of their clients. These clients had been left in the lurch by Preferred Tax Services and All In One Tax, and Michael Hepworth, specialize in sorting out messy and complicated tax issues. As of
this date, All In One Tax has helped over 150 former Preferred Tax clients.
And this complaint is completely groundless. All In One Tax is currently advertising on the John and Jeff Show a syndicated radio show, and is also a regular advertiser in the Los Angeles Times.

Went through the same company and was referred to All In One Tax as well. After doing some research I found your story on rip off report and said OMGoodness...........Lost $3500 w/Preferred Tax.
The same people from All In One Tax have been calling and sending mailings non stop.
Do not use them!
