After some consideration there vacation package seemed very good but they talk so fast and they made sure to forget to mention other things. They gave the impression that I would received an excellent treatment, however the vacation is not all-inclusive and you must pay for air fare or book through them.
I paid $350 CAD which I think is really cheap considering they gave me 6 nights in Cancun and 5 in Orlando. However before the sale is made they will not give me an estimate on flight costs. They assured me that they could get excellent flight deals and that the only people who could get them cheaper were airline workers. [continued below]....
Once I had paid and called the reservation department and asked about the flight estimates I was hung up on. I then sent an email request which quoted me a $1300 flight cost for two people. On the exact date I could get a flight on my own through westjet for approximately $1100.
They are not a real vacation planning site, they simply book hotel rooms on your behalf and take your money for a vacation that you will never likely take. In the end you will always pay more for them and chances are the hotel room would be horrible. They are snakes and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Save your self from these thieves.
I have found many complaints about them on the internet like this: (((Redacted)))

I'm sure there are many more complaints than this, likely thousands. I can't find there business information anywhere on the BBB or there DBA name on there site. They also run multiple websites and I believe they may be a subsidiary of the sunset group. If anyone is interested in class action law suit with reimbursement and punitive damages I would be very interested.
Sincerely,
Ryan L

I am sorry to hear that many people have been victims of this false travel company. I also got a called from Premier Cancun Vacations and that I was selected because I had a good credit score and that my credit company selected me for this offer which was a dream vacation in Cancun, Mexico. I was skeptical about the information being given to me and decided if they can hold while I check their website. And once I was on their website, it looks pretty legit. But I had to make sure and therefore opened another link and research the company and was glad to find out earlier that these liars are a bunch of thieves that just want our money. So I just want everyone to be careful and before doing any transactions, make sure that everything is legit and if necessary, go do your own little research about the company. I almost fell for the offer, but thank God there are good people who are willing to inform the citizens that the Premier Cancun Vacation is a FAKE TRAVEL AGENCY!
