I purchased the eye serum and eye cream which was the biggest ripoff of my life! In some ways, I feel like I was raped! After I was basically forced to take a seat at the kiosk, the guy put the serum and cream on one side of my face. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the results.
 
When he told me the price and I said I couldn't afford it, and I tried to make my getaway, he went into the free neckcream gig and told me that the products were guaranteed which I assumed meant that I could get my money back if I was not satisfied. When I said again that I could not afford the products, he pulled out a jar of eye cream in a smashed box. He said he was not allowed to sell it because the box was smashed, but that he would give it to me for half price. He said that the product had never been used.

Just wanting to get the heck out of there, I took the bait. When I got home and opened the cream, I became suspicious when I saw the daily directions written on the box top. Then when I opened the jar, it was half gone! But still trying to believe that the product was worth it, I proceded to use it with absolutely no results!

A week later, I am walking around with both sides of my face looking very different. Now I wonder what the heck it was that he used on the side where it appeared to work because I got absolutely no results with the product I came home with. I was also told the product was FDA approved, which it is not. And when I looked at my receipt in order to make a return, it said "all sales final, no refunds or returns."

I am feeling very depressed about paying this much money for something that doesn't work and being lied to. Without a doubt, this was the worst purchase I have ever made and will never trust anyone at any kiosk again. Please, do not be sucked in like I was!
