Premier Family Services/Father's Choice promised to help with legal documents to aid in the custody issue to help a mom (my grandaughter, ) regain custody of her 2 1/2 year old daughter which had been given to dad since Mom had lost her job and for no other reason. After listening to our story, we put down a $ 98.00 deposit with my credit card, then charged $845.00 for the services.

We had 2 phone calls from a legal asst. and answered over 100 questions. A lawyer called at 7pm the night before we were to go to court and had nothing of what we had provided. We were e mailed legal documents to take to court with absolutely nothing in them about the information we provided. Even the county and state were incorrect. There was so many misspellings that it would have been a total embarrasement to present these in court. We were given a continuance and immediately called our representative when we got out of court.

Several phone calls leaving messages and e mails sent provided absolutely no further contact. My credit card has been charged again with a $ 48.00 fee one month after all this took place. When I phone this organization, I get a voice mail that is full. This company has played on an emotional situation to pad their pockets and then refuse to communicate with you again in any way. Beware!!!! This is a fraud.

Thank you for your honest feedback about the experience that you had with our company. Generally, what happens after documents are shipped to our members is a review process wherein the member identifies any inconsistencies, errors or omissions. We then go through a corrections process and email the corrected documents to the member. It sounds like this did not occur in your case and we apologize for the part we played in that, particularly in not responding to your phone calls and emails. Although we have been going through a growth spurt there is no excuse for not responding to you in a timely matter (or at all for that matter).

Please have Meagan send an email to customerservice@fatherschoice.org with her name, membership number and the words Rip Off Report in the subject line. In the body of the email, state clearly the sequence of events that took place, including dates. Upon receipt of this email, we will take care of a refund for Meagan.
