they told me that they didn't handle cancellations so I had to call the gym back several times before they gave me an e-mail to customer service, when I emailed customer service they told me that I had to send a certified letter in the mail cancelling membership.. I have to pay to send you a letter stating that I want to cancel a membership that I went into your place of business to obtain. Then today they have debited my account twice for over 500 dollars on the 22 and the 23 of this month this being the first debit they have done in two months and mind you no one has called or tried to contact me....
Now mind you that could have been trying to call but with me being in and out of the hospitals and trying to work and maintain two households I might not have been available but they do have an email address for me and a physical address and they had not bothered to send out any information. Oh did I mention that I spoke to the billing and requested that they no longer debit my account?
I've tried calling all the numbers that the gym has given me but they don't have a weekend customer support line...
