I received a phone call from Premier Savings on 12/16/2009. Asking me if I would like to save money by them offering me a credit card at 6 to 9 # interest so I could payoff my high credit cards. They stated that I could get a $4000 credit card at these rates. They said it could save me $1500. It would cost me $439.00 to get there services. So I charged the fee to my credit card. Also when they were explaining what they could do for me I had the phone on speaker so my family could hear the offer. The first person made it very clear that Premier Savings would be getting the credit card for once I mailed in my paperwork that they were mailing me. Once I mailed it in that's were the buck stopped. I was told it was my job to get the credit card and all they would do is give me phone numbers to companys that issue credit cards. If I was turned down by 3 different credit card companies they would refund me 80% of my fee. But he never find this out till after the fee is paid. And if you call you only get the operater and they ask for your name and phone so they can call you back. But you can be sure it will take a week for them to call back. So it is a big scam. I'm trying right now to get the charges off my credit cards.
