Premier Parking Park EZ Ride Wost off airport paking experience ever Orlando, Florida

The worst off airport parking experience ever.  I have used at least six other off airport parking facilites in Orlando prior to using this one which was a result of a Groupon I bought last October.  No restrictions on the Groupon but was turned away when tried to use it for a Thanksgiving vacation for which is was purchased.  Finally used in February for a 4 night trip (the Groupon was for a week) so ended up paying about double the advertised rate.  Called and made a reservation (Groupon changed the terms after hundreds were turned away Thanksgiving) and was told I had a zero balance.  When I arrived at the lot, I was told I had to pay an additional fee for "taxes".  When I returned, no one answered the phone from 7:16 until 8:13 pm so I could ask to be picked up by the shuttle.  When I called the parent company, Premier Parking in Tampa, they connected me to an answering machine at their facility in Tampa the 4 times I called them and no one answered there  until I called them directly, the fifth time which is when we figured out it was the wrong facility.  Donna at Premier Parking told me she knew the difference between Tampa and Orlando and asked if I was sure I had mentioned I was in Orlando when I called (4 times). 

Finally was picked up and the other passengers in the van had all been waiting no less than 40 min for pickup.  When I arrived back at the lot, I went in to find out why no one was answering the phone.  I was told the entire "business" was supplied with power from a generator and the generator had "gone out", but that it was not possible that I had been calling for an hour and no one had answered the phone.  He then looked up my account (for some reason) and told me I owed them money for taxes.  I told him I was not paying them another penny for anything, ever.  I asked for the phone number of the person in charge and was told that his name was Tony Lopez but after Josh said he would give me his number, he changed his mind and said he would have Tony call me.  As I was leaving, Josh (a law student, I feel sure) was explaining to me that I was guilty of stealing, it was petty theft which is a misdemeanor and Tony would be in touch about my unpaid balance.
