Premier Parking Totally Disorganized - 2 hour wait, Internet
We reserved parking at Premier Parking for a Tampa cruise from 3-18-2012 to 3-25-2012. The drop off was only 5 blocks from the port, but poorly marked as were the sent directions
The real problem was our return: We waited 2 HOURS in the hot sun (luckily it was not raining) on an open parking lot - no shade or seats. None of the Premier phone numbers were answered and the shuttle dispatcher claimed she did not have a phone number for Premier.
The 4 shuttles assigned only had to travel 5 blocks yet made only 1 run in 2 hours. The Premier attendant (short, loud & rude black male) would only allow 1 shuttle to unload at a time. The others had to wait till the 2 valets got the unloaded passengers cars and the passengers loaded. All this time, the attendant was yelling at new arrivals and creating a huge bottleneck.
Only after 1 van was totally unloaded was the next van allowed to pull up and unload. TOTAL CHAOS!
After a 2 hour wait in parking lot to get on shuttle van, we had to drive the 5 blocks and then wait another 25 minutes for our turn to unload. No restroom facilities and don't dare get out of the van or the bantam dictator would hustle over and scream "Did I tell you to get out"? Thank God my 84 year old mother in law did not cruise by herself. Then the driver and Premier staff had the audacity to want tips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
