Premier Pools of Central Florida Renovated my pool and it is leaking and they will not return calls or fix Winter Park, Florida

We hired them to renovate our inground pool.  First, this company gave us a written quote which they were included ripping out the old fiberglass lining of the pool and replacing with new finish.  We gave them a deposit the same day.  It took them 2 weeks to come out and start the project. 

During the first day of the renovation after a few hours of work,  they said that they were not going to rip out the out fiberglass lining that is was too big of a job (they misquoted how much labor involved) and that they were going to just apply a double bond coat to seal the fiberglass in, and put the new finish on top.  They assured us it would last the 10 year warranty. 

After numerous phone calls to them, we told them this was not acceptable because we paid to have the fiberglass removed.  After several weeks of arguing and us threatening them that we wanted our money back they agreed to take $500 off the renovation.  So finally they came and finished the pool. 

A few days after they finished the pool we noticed that the water level keeps dropping dramatically.  We immediately started calling them and got the answering machines and no one will return our calls.  For three weeks we have been leaving messages to get this problem corrected and no one will return our calls.  I have to add water to the pool every couple of days or else it drains below the jets. 

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They do not take care of the customer.
