Corporate Advocacy Program™
When you receive that call from them just remember they only want your money and then hang up. They will try to convince you that you are qualified for a new card but the truth is they bought your name and number from a broker and have no idea who you are or what your credit is like.
The so called "SPECIAL BANKS" on their list are the ones you see on TV and the internet everyday! Capitol One, Chase, Bank of America, Discover, AmEx, Providian, MBNA, etc, etc. Don't be deceived into beleiving they can help you get a low rate card. They can only help themselves to your $399 if you let them. Don't do it!
If you are taken in by this group, don't let them keep one cent of your money. Forget the BBB, they can't help. File a complaint with your state Attn. Gen's office ASAP. Also file with the Arizona AG at www.azag.gov/consumer/complaint. That will get results in a hurry. These people who opperate on the fringe don't care about the BBB and other such organizations, but they will jump thru hoops when they receive a letter from your AG! Also call your credit card company and dispute the charge ASAP. This is important. If you don't like what you see when this package arrives, and you won't, call your CC company before you do anything. Remember, you are intitled to 100% of your money back.
Just remember that this is just a group of simi legal telemarketers that want your money and you will be OK. Don't be fooled by all the hype and nice web sites.
If you screw up and give money to these people, remember that you have a right under Federal law to cancel your order within 3 days of receiving it and get a full refund. Don't put it off.
Call the day your receive their so called "Package of Information and cancel. Don't argue with these people, just state your case and tell them you are calling your credit card company and disputing the charges as well as contacting the AG's office. That is the only thing you can do to get results.

Scamming Company

The problem with the company is the business plan. Who exactly are you trying to help? You are helping people who have a lot of debt; however, what you do and the services offered by your company require that the person have good credit. The problem is that those two rarely ever occur together. Someone with a lot of debt is not going to have good enough credit to get a credit card. It's as simple as that which is why the company is a scam. It operates on deception, which is why often times the person calling does their best to not describe the services in their entirety. Additionally, we did talk to someone that said the telemarketer said they were calling from "Premier Bank" and thus the individual thought your company was offering a credit card. And if your services really help enough people, why not offer a 100% refund to those who were not helped? The design is simply flawed.
We are looking to discuss experiences with this company with anyone involved in this company or any customers who have had any contact with this company. the truth about your customers

if the do I tell them we can't help them. We also ask them if they are current with there payment if they are not the call is end. I get dozens of people a day the lie about there credit to me tell me about credits the have even give me the card numbers and the card were close for nonpay months ago. the point is Premier Saving does help people if the people can be help we have meetings were the tell people we did help and they are happy. I have talked to people after the program and they are happy. the people that are not happy are to tell the truth customers that are not honest about there credit( for example acouple of weeks ago I talked to a person called in to get help I asked the normal questions she lied on everyone of them she had 2 repo's and over $100,000.00 worth a bills in collections.
