Premier Savings Call me offering credit card that will pay high rate interest card, will only have to pay 8.9% will be saving $17,500.37. Scottsdale Arizona

Was called by Glenn Cobelt, from Premier saving,he have ckecked my credit,offered me a credit card that will take my credit cards debts, put it into one payment, under plan reduction program and I will be saving $17,500.37 on interest by the time I finish paying. Asked me all my information and credit cards number, then went ahead and charged my cards right away one for $19.99 and the other $399.00. I suspected a scam, when I checked consumer report on them on the web, I was right.

When I called to cancel was deny cancellation. Called my credit cards and cancel them, and was told when I get statement call to dispute the charges, but was advised by my son to report it to the BBB and AG in Arizona and that's exactly what I did.
