This company is a serial abuser of workers:

1.  If you are injured on the job be aware of YOUR rights in your state.  They may not be able to tell you what doctor you need to go see to get medical care but these folks run their company like a plantation and they think you need to listen to them and do what they say or they will put the screws to you.  Trust me, they will but if you are smart you will get an attorney as soon as you realize you are injured and before you get medical care unless it is an emergency of course.

2.  Document everything these people do because they will do everything in their power to screw you over if you get hurt irregardless if it was YOUR fault or NOT!!! The only thing they understand is that it is costing them money and they don't care how they get their money to stop bleeding, even if it is them doing you in.

3.  Get supplemental insurance (OOIDA sells it for about $50/month) that covers you short term if you get injured on the job and axxholxs like Premier don't protect you like they are supposed to.  It is all about protecting themselves.  Just think about that when they are giving your kids presents at Christmas.  They would love to have little Johnny grow up and work for them.  That's the only way anyone would come into trucking, word is out on the street. 

These guys are GOONS in sheep clothing. If you have to work for them, be aware and have your family/friends protect you if you get injured and can't protect yourself because these folks don't care about you. Unfortunately, this is how it is in trucking everywhere.  Read: www.sweatshoponwheels.com
