Premier one, a rip off,a fraulent and a deceptive company. Premier one has beat me out of $174.90. I have repeatedly called them for my refund, and they have given me a different excuse each time. I never thought that this would end up like this. They need to be shut down.

They had no intentions in refunding my money in the begining. They also go by the neme of Captial First Benefits, Inc., and Advantage Capital. They are all the same rip off company. Do not do any business what so ever with these companies. You will be ripped off as I were.

Premier One working with EFG Card Services Inc

AUTHOR: - ()

In my original report of Premier one and trying to get my money back from them. I read a rebuttal on how I might get my money back. In my investigation at my bank, I found out that Premier One is using EFG Card Services Inc. as their processing Co. who withdraw funds out of your bank account for Premier One. The registered Agent for EFG Card Services, Inc. is Mr. Paul F. McClinton. His Phone number is 254-772-7000. EFG Card Services Inc. is located at 4800 W. Waco Dr., Waco, Tx. 76710-7018. Mr. Paul F. McClinton address is 5900 Mount Rockwood Circle, Waco, Tx. 76710. Mr. McClinton's Tax Payer's ID # is 10436085020. His Charter # is 0800059362, Chartered Date: Feb 27, 2002. He is registered with the Secretary Of State of Texas. If you are in the same situation as I am Contact Mr. Paul F. McClinton and tell him that he will be named in a civil suit if he doesnt help you get your money back. Good Luck

WANT YOUR MONEY BACK? BETTER ACT FAST!!

AUTHOR: GLEN - ()

I too was taken by these folks, and found a good solution, but I was too late. If you go to your bank within 60 days, they will let you submit an affidavit for unauthorized debits from your account.

Depending on your situation, everyone might not be eligible, but their practices are so blatant, what they tell you and what you get are entirely different, and banks often let that pass as unauthorized. Also, if you are lucky (like me) they have sold your account to other companies with similar ethics, who then begin sucking money out of your account as well.

I explicitly told them NO when they tried to pawn off a phone and some junk "insurance," but HHP (the "insurance" provider) still charged my account 99.00. Act fast, I was too late!! Also, some banks have you do the debits via telephone. Any new info (especially regarding lawsuits), contact me [via this website].
