They had no intentions in refunding my money in the begining. They also go by the neme of Captial First Benefits, Inc., and Advantage Capital. They are all the same rip off company. Do not do any business what so ever with these companies. You will be ripped off as I were.

Depending on your situation, everyone might not be eligible, but their practices are so blatant, what they tell you and what you get are entirely different, and banks often let that pass as unauthorized. Also, if you are lucky (like me) they have sold your account to other companies with similar ethics, who then begin sucking money out of your account as well.
I explicitly told them NO when they tried to pawn off a phone and some junk "insurance," but HHP (the "insurance" provider) still charged my account 99.00. Act fast, I was too late!! Also, some banks have you do the debits via telephone. Any new info (especially regarding lawsuits), contact me [via this website].
