THEY PROMISE THE CUSTOMER ANYTHING, BUT NEVER INCLUDE IT IN THE CONTRACT, PEOPLE SIGN THE CONTRACT THINKING EVERYTHING IS AGREED UPON AND WORKED OUT. WHEN I WOULD ARRIVE AT THE INSTALL, IT WOULD HIT THE FAN, SOMETIMES IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN TILL AFTER THE TUB WAS INSTALLED. pEOPLE WOULD BE MAD, I DID NOT HAVE A CLUE WHY, I WOULD TILL THEM ITS NOT IN THE CONTRACT (IT WASN'T) SO THEREFORE IT WAS NOT INCLUDED ON THE JOB. I FINALLY REALIZED THE SALESMAN WERE LIEING TO THESE PEOPLE. tHEY WOULD TELL THE PEOPLE THAT THE FAUCETS WERE DELTA, NOTTTTT!!!! THEY ARE CHEAP JUNK FROM EUROPE. PREMIERE USES UNLICENSED PEOPLE TO PUT IN THEIR TUBS. IF THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF CALL YOUR CITIES PERMIT DEAPARTMENT AND YOUR STATES PLUMBING BOARD AND TURN THEM IN. ITS FREE AND IT WILL COST THEM DEARLY. IF YOU LIVE IN TEXAS CONTACT ME, I WILL TURN THEM IN.
