I bought a warranty on a used Semi Truck from Premium 2000/ Gateway Management on May of 2010. I had a truck issue and file a claim for the warranty on August of 2010 and Gateway/Premium 2000 had yet to pay the claim. I have took legal action against them. I Found out that 7 other people have had this same problem with this company. The court has ordered them to go to arbutation, They have file an appeal and are still refusing to pay the claim.
