When I called 1-888-863-9661 I talked a man named David Black. He informed me that the "customer service" company that he works for never offered a credit card and it was only a benefits package which inside the packages you can apply for a credit card. And when I cancelled the card, I never cancelled any other service. Therefore they have been debting my account for the past two months. While trying to get this matter settled everyone in there office was rude like I was the one who was in the wrong. This company is nothing but a FRAUD!!!!!
