Premium Astrology Norah offered a transit report with personalized information which in fact is clearly a generic report that could apply to anyone. As well I discover a month later they are taking more money from my credit Internet

Norah offeres a free report in which she states she can show you how to avoid problems, show you opportunities for luck and happiness and to be careful because there is someone directing harmful unlucky vibrations at you.  And she claims to be able to give you all these answers in a personalized astrological transit report plus numerous bonuses.

The actual transit report is so vague and general that it could apply to anyone.  The outlines for each week are things any normal person would apply to their lives as a matter of course anyway.

Not only is the report a disappointment but I noticed that an additional amount had been charged to my credit card without my permission.  I read a ripoff report from someone else also stating that Premium Astrology had charged them additional money as well and this could go on indefinately.

I have sent Premium Astrology a request for a refund for the initial transit report as well as the additional amount taken from my credit card.  I hope it is all returned as guaranteed in the advertising.

Premium Astrology - 2nd follow-up

I notified Norah of Premium Astrology requesting a refund within the alloted time frame she advertised.  All I have received are excuses and false promises that I am not within the time frame, and then an offer of a 50% refund.

The refund was promised almost 2 weeks ago stating to allow 3-5 business days to process.  I have now waited almost 2 weeks and have received nothing, and this is the third person from whom I have received an email reply.

I wonder if they are stretching this out with the hopes that customers who are dissatisfied will just forget about the whole thing.  To me...this is abhorrent customer service!

Bottom line - I was within the time frame for the request of 100% money back guarantee and have received nothing!
