ordered Norah's Transit Period Guide on 11/28 requested reimbursement via email and live chat early december.  received no response to emails. live chat with Carol said only 50% could be reimbursed and within 24 hours.  so far have received no response.
also asked to cancel the monthly forecast program and was told it was already canceled but they could not provide any email confirmation on this.
