Premium Incentives Paid the $19.95 registration 11/15/2011 and haven't heard a single word since then!!! Atlanta, Georgia

After sitting through a 2 hour long presentation and purchasing a vacation "plan" we received a voucher for 2 adults to go on a cruise(there were 3 choices of prizes and the cruise is the one we chose).We submitted the $19,95 fee to register so we could start making travel arrangements but haven't heard a word since then.My husband says we also submitted $150 fee for the flight taxes but i can't find our receipt for that and can't remember when that was done,but either way,Premium Incentives has made NO intention of contacting us.

Everything is all good till they get your money!!!Hope no one makes the same mistakes we have!
