My wife and I attended a 90 minute sales presentation with a company called, Vacation UR Way. For attending (whether you buy or not) they promise to give you a certificate for "Free" Airline tickets for two.

In a 4 step process, among other things, instructions on the certificate were to complete the "Fly America Vacation Getaway" request form, provide your preferred departure city and destination city within the continental US, and send $7.50 "registration fee," and later a $75 per person "processing fee" along with a "clear readable copy of passenger(s) valid driver's license" to: Premium Incentives, 4514 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30338. Once the certificate is registered, you receive a "Registration Request Form" that contains a hand written registration number and "Registration Date."

I complied with all requests, received my registration number and date. According to Step 4: "A representative of Premium Incentives will contact you via U.S. mail, telephone, and/or e-mail approximately 45 to 60 days in advance of your requested travel date." To date, I have had NO contact from anyone.

When I saw complaints registered on Ripoff Reports, I began to investigate. Here are some of my findings: 39 Complaints have been filed thus far with Atlanta BBB against Premium Incentives. Other complaints have been filed with Georgia's Consumer Protection Agency, who tells me, "Premium Incentives has no physical address in Georgia." The address the company is using is a UPS Store Box. Sounds like we are being scammed.
