Any ways story short I got accused of crap my twin identical twin brother pulled at a Walmart here, Walmart calls PRS corporate and poof there goes my lousy excuse for a job that wasn't even part time hours. It was $$ tho so w/e but it sucks. Of all the merchandising firms I've worked with this one has got to be the worst.
Even the operator at corporate has an attitude problem and I can't tell you how many times she's raised her tone with me or hung up on me flat out. That lady needs psychological help big time. The execs do as well. It all boils down to money money money and we could care less about the people who get online weekly, drive god knows how many miles to and from stores doing our "dirty work" aka merchandising for us and our clients. ARG.
W/E piss and puke on you big time PRS. FYI I still know and am friends with a lot of the peeps at our Walmart here and my replacement is 10 times worse then I was at this job and the dept. managers have had it up to here with your shoddy work and crap. I'm bout ready to call one of your biggest clients Sommerset entertainment and pull the plug on that contract, get you banned from all the Walmarts and more. I can and I will. I'm taking names and complaints and hiring an attorney see you in court a** holes.

"Professional"

Professionalism means not posting confidential information on a public site. Posting confidential employment information, specifically as it might refer to firing someone has legal implications. If someone is trying to attempt to talk about a professional and respectful company, stating that a person was fired due to cause and then dredging up information as to the reasons is neither professional, nor is it wise from a legal perspective. Posting such information is almost always a reason for justifiable dismissal from most companies. The judgment of posting confidential information is not wise.
Most people do understand that complaint sites do have a disproportionate number of complaints. Those satisfied rarely post. Many people who complain have unjustified complaints. A recent study of customer service showed that the greatest number of customer complaints came from those that were unjustified. And many who go to these sites are predisposed to believe them. Or any who have an evenhanded approach can "see through" those whose claims are so preposterous to be untrue.
Sometimes it's best not to respond to some complaints, especially when by doing so, one exposes a company to liability by opening up confidential employee files!

It might have been possible to swallow a twin identical twin brother who pulled crap in a store had you not gone on to prove unequivocally via your commentary that you can be aggressive, abusive, and appear to have no qualms about manufacturing data as it suits you.
PRS field specialists - whether merchandising, demo, or RTA - represent the company in the field. We are the company! We are judged by our attitude, by our behavior, by our integrity, by our skills, and by our ability to execute all aspects of any project accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining excellent relationships with store management and clients. We are also reviewed routinely by store managers and clients alike, and provided with constructive suggestions as to how we can improve service. The company's standards are incredibly high, and it does not surprise me a bit that not every new-hire can be successful in an environment where excellence is not hoped-for, but required.

It is true that Crossmark, Sears Holdings, and all these marketing companies use all these subversive tactics such as, not returning calls, not paying, or makiing you think oyu won't get paid, and not responding to calls when it's an emergency, and even, saying that you're spamming them as they ignore urgent calls from you. Then, when I do get a hold of someone in HR, they are completely dumb or angry about even being called. It's not the field supervisors one has to worry about, necessarily, it's the misinterpreting, mean people in the corporate headquarters of these companies. They fire the best people over a minor argument, slight, or to cover butt about a small mistake the head honcho field supe really made. These companies take the wrong people for fools, push overs, and naive
So far, I'm going to see if I don't get paid for all hours worked in the last two weeks. Andif I'm don't get paid, I will add thsi Premium to the list of companies like these marketing ones, that have not only scammed me, but have driven me to a therapy program to find out why these companies I've worked for have been so hard on me.
Nothing is worse than being happy with a new job one has found, only to find out, they planned not to pay you, and even worse, outsource your ID [much like sellingit] to those overseas call center reps, or viciously mentally torture you into thinking they are screwing you, testing you to see if you'll think they are screwing you, and other evil, mean tactics to get into you medical files[ Crossmark will do this ].
Crossmark, Warehouse Demo Services, Sears Holdings [not the true Sears that has ethics}, are all staffed in HR with paranoid, naracisstic, unstable people who just cannnot handle your issue, however slight.

I still work for Premium Retail Services. Have worked for them almost 8yrs. I have done setups and went back the next day because I had maxed my hours out and finished it and didn't turn any time in for the second day. Yes I guess I am crazy. I have been told by several employees that I was. No the reason I didn't get finished was not because I am extremely slow. It was because it was suppose to be a 2-3 person job and my RMM telling me that HQ is going to be so upset that it took that long. Hey really why? It was suppose to be a 2-3 person job to start with and because I couldn't get it done by myself in one day they are going to be upset. Don't understand. That's not the worst of it. When you do things like that and then when work is slow. Do you think they remember that, and try to give you a little more work. Nope it goes to who ever there pet is at the time. If the RMM gets ticked at you for something unrelated to your job. Forget it. You won't get hardly any work if any at all. I hoped some of you who are talking about a lawsuit goes thru with it. Let me know and I will join you. They couldn't possibly be any worst company out there. I have called my RMM and ask her about a certain job. She has told me she didn't know anything about it. She hadn't done one before, and just do what I can. I am sorry. If your boss don't know how does HQ expect you to. If they don't care any more about the company than to not try to research and have answers for the field person when they call. Why are they getting paid so much more than we are. I guess if you can pull the wool over HQ eyes and no body complains about it. You should get paid more LOL. Does anyone know if they are such a thing as raises with this company? I have never got one and been with them over 6yrs. Have been called at the last minute to work weekends if I am ask at all. Usually it is just put on my scheduled for me to work when my RMM wants me to work weekend.

Just Because Someone Has a Keyboard Doesn't Mean They Type the Truth......

Dave was indeed a former employee of Premium, and although he indicates, I finally gave up and left this job, this is NOT the case. He was FIRED for cause. Dave is correct in stating he contacted our offices, but what he neglects to mention is the unprofessionalism and profanity that he used when contacting our offices. Based on his crude and unprofessional blog to this website it should give you a good feel to the caliber of person he is.
Websites such as Rip Off Report are great for giving people that have legitimate complaints a place to go and voice them, but please know that just because someone has a keyboard doesn't mean they type the truth.
