I was called by a Stephan Johnson, who offered me a credit card with a limit of $2500.00 to help repair my credit. He explained that a one time fee of $299.00 would be needed and that would pay for all my fees on the card. I would only pay 3% of my total purchase every month. I asked alot of questions.

The card would be a VISA from a bank, it could be used anywhere, and a $500.00 a month cash withdrawal. It would up to 10 days for the card to arrive. I have not seen it yet. I checked with the BBB, who has it listed with no complaints and then found this website and was shocked to find 5 listings for this company. For those who want to take action, like I will if I do not hear from them in the next several days, you can go to this website:

this is the New Hampshire website for regulations that a credit service organization must follow or a lawsuit can be file against the company.

I received a call friday evening from Elizabeth. She told me that I would receive my full refund and that it would be in my account Monday. She apologized for the problems and stated that they had received several complaints against employees who were giving out false information in order to obtain a sale. She also stated that she was glad I remembered the name of the representative and that appropiate action would be taken against those who were lying to customers. Elizabeth, I want to thank you very much for your help and kindness.

I have emailed the States Attorney in NH and sent a letter with the JUNK Premium Savings sent instead of the promised VISA card. I hope something is done about this company soon.

Well I received a phone call from the company and they assured me that I would have my card by the 27th of this month. I questioned my concerns about the information I had read on this website and was told that I should not take those as being truthful. So folks, we shall see if Premium is as good as its promise. I will keep you updated.
