Premium Seats USA Premium Seats USA falsely advertised and did not follow thorugh with their package deal & notified me after they ran my credit card tying up mu funds for days. Hollywood Florida

 Premium Seats USA used Ticket Network to broker New Orleans Saints tickets for them. I went on Ticket Network's website & found a package that I liked. I called Ticket Network to verify the package was legitimate due to price and they confirmed that it was. The only stipulation Ticket Network stated was that if we ordered four or more tickets that our seats may not be together (two of us could be sitting together and the other two could be sitting together somewhere else but in the same section). I then purchased four tickets, received a confirmation number via e-mail and my credit card was processed.

I received a phone call from Premium Seats USA the next evening stating that there was a pricing error on the package and they could not honor the package. They had already accepted the offer from Ticket Network and processed my credit card. They did offer to refund my card, however, that ties my card and funds up for days. I stated they needed to honor the deal especially since they ran my credit card & tied that money up, but they refused. I feel as though they falsely advertised this package in order to get me to purchase this package and lure me in to spend more money. They offered to help me find tickets at a higher price, but I refused.

I purchased tickets from Ticket Network not Premium Seats USA and yet Premium Seats USA called to say they would not honor the deal. In essence, Premium Seats USA falsely advertised their product, called to say it was a mistake and they would not honor the package after they accepted the offer from Ticket Network and processed my credit card. They were dishonest in the package they advertised on Ticket Network. They did refund my credit card, however, those refunds can take up to 30 days to process so I'm out four tickets and the money I need to use to purchase other tickets until the refund comes through.

I bought tickets to a concert. After the money was taken out of the account & I got my email confirmation. I received a phone call from Premium Seats USA saying the price I bought the tickets for was too cheap. They offered my money back or they can use that money towards more expensive tickets. After telling their incompetent sales representative how disappointed & hurt I was, he offered me 10% off my next purchase. After calling back, I asked a couple of incompetent sales representatives about the 200% money back guarantee, they told me I didn't qualify! One of them told me to look up the terms & conditions... But of course they are non-existent (on line, at least). Dealing with their sales team with a issue, is like watching a dog chase it's tale. This company is a scam!
