In November I ordered a product on line call Premium white, I asked to be sent out a sample. Later that day a customer Service rep from that company called and wanted me to sign up for the kit. I told her I wasn,t interested just to send the sample. She kept repeating the same thing that I wanted to be sent the kit, and wanted me to say "Yes" after she asked the question. I kept telling her NO, and after about ten minutes of her arguing with me I told her to cancel the order that I was no konger interested iin their product. My credit card company called me later in the day to verify that I charged the $2.95 for the shipping fee, then cancelled it. I told them that yes I had. The next day I receive a call from a gentleman asking if I had cancelled my order? I told him that I had done it the day before with a woman. I never received my sample so I thought things were taken care of. When I received my credit card statement in December, I received two charges from them for $86.93 each. Even though they were told two days in a row that the order was cancelled. I called them immediately and told them that the order was cancelled the same day that I ordered it. She said that the oder WAS NEVER cancelled!! I told her to cancel it immediately, which I received notification from them that I should allow 6 days for my refund to be processed to my credit card. Today I get my new statement and the credit from them still hadn"t gone through. I called the Customer Service Department and wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said I was speaking to the floor supervisor. She checked my order and said that it wasn't cancelled until December 28th. I told her that it had been cancelled the same day I ordered it!! She said she does not show a cancellation. I informed her that I did not like being called a liar, brcause I talked to the girl on the phone. She said she never called me a liar, I told her that her explanation to me was the same thing as calling me a liar!! She was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. Her attitude was they were not sending me my money back even though she told me that the shipments were never sent out. I was also mad, because she was telling me that I was not going to get my money back ($173.86) for which I received one tube which I shipped back to them.This is only the second time I have ordered something on line, and both times I was ripped off. It is company's like these that give other companies a bad name!! I will never ever order again on line. You have no proof, it is their word against theirs, and they already have your money so they could care less.
