SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This is a SCAM.  They charged my account $87 for the "free" trial, refused to refund, and refused to let me speak to a manager.  Other accounts indicate that this is the usual practice and that I may not ever be refunded.  While speaking to a "customer service" representative, it became abundantly clear that they do not care and will steal from anyone and everyone whenever possible.  I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my bank account as others have had to do.  This company needs to be shut down.  At least investigated and have to shut down their scam practices.
