My SSD check and car are the only things I have. I still don't know how they can take money out of my bank account when it is against the law to levy a SSD only account . If I am able to get there I am taking them to court to get my money back. I have to since I need it to live the rest of the month. I will still have to pay the overdraft fees this has caused me so I guess that is one less dr. I see ! The laws are---42USC407 and NJSA 2A:17-19. Thanks to my sister finding this site on her computer and helping me write this I hope it helps someone else.
