Beware of this Dealership especially the Salesmen and Financial Managers.

They told me Gap Insurance was free and then charged me $1242 burried into my BMW Financial Agreement.

Policy is full refund if cancelled in 60 days, now credited me $225 to my account

Terrible Customer Service and Deceptive Fraudulent!!!!

Total ripoff.....Beware

The finance manager finally contacted me,  very politely and stated it was their error and would look into things, and acknowledge that the refunded amount was ridiculously low.  I am not sure why some one could not up date me on things over last 2 weeks or why they were avoiding calls, but it seams like dialog has picked up again.....and atleast they seam to care
