3 years ago i got a laon threw pretige and made my payments on time every month, there is a paper to prove this threw my personal bank. as of this year times got tough with the econamy falling, i called prestige to see what my options were and that i couldnt aford this car any more, a manager by the name of mike told me that because of my great payment history i could get into this program that they were opening in a month or two, which ment i could refy my car at a lower rate and drop my payment in half, perfect i can do that. so the next month i called back to see if the refy program had opened, he replied that it would in two four weeks. call back three weeks later, mike will not return my calls, so i get a hold of another manager, told her what had hapened and her response was im sorry but the program was closed and there was no more funding for that, she said because of my circumstances, she would get with her boss and call me back, now she does not exist either, now i cant aford my car tryed to call any one to get this resolved and i get hung up on or threatend to have my car repoed and have my wages garneshed, plus many other scare tactics they can come up with. this company is very unperfesional and rude, they will tell you one thing and do another, in the end your screwed. i have read a 100 other reports similar to this one and now i no im not alone. were do i stand legally? please help
