Prestige financial is the worse company to do business with. All Prestige employess do is be-little their customers and throw the customers financial situations back into their faces. For example...my husband and I both been laid off from our jobs due to the company closing. We weren't fired and we didn't walk off a job. So therefore, we weren't neglagent in any type of way. Anyway, this company calls before your due date, on your due date, and God forbid you are a day late. They ask what are your plans for the vehicle, you tell them, then they say "no, you can't do that". I finally came across one employee who seemed sincere in wanting to help and guess what happens? He gets written up for doing so. I couldn't believe this when I herd it. That actually is the other problem. Why is that company telling me what they did to another employee? They totally disrespected this man over the phone to me and told all of his business. After disrespecting him, they go back to my husband and me. Telling me that the situation we're in is our fault and maybe I should ask someone to borrow money to pay the car payment, sell some of my things, move into a cheaper home, or stop buying whatever it is I'm buying. They told me I'm broke and it's my fault so do something to fix it. The nerve of these people. I have read on this board comments from "Jim" who obviously is a employee because he talks and acts just like them disrespectful jerks and talks about the people who are struggling are all welfare cases, broke, etc. He's way to angry to just be a customer. I wont stoop to his level and say what really needs to be said about him and his family.
With all this being said, I love the ignorant comments this guy makes because it just proves our point about the way they handle business. I plan on making a few calls to take action against this company. Just like they record conversations for their records, so do I. I have every conversation, email, text, and phone record of them calling before the due date harrassing us. I have a email w/ me asking them not to do that anymore and them responding back saying they wouldn't, but w/ in the next hour...get another email and call. Bottom line is....DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES.

ADULTS do not disrespect other ADULTS, especially when they don't have a clue on what they're talking about. You know nothing about my family and I....unless you work for Prestige of course. ADULTS don't ACT tuff behind computers and phones. ADULTS don't go online and call people welfare cases, broke, lazy, and whatever negative crap your mother taught you. You will in fact reap what you sow. I know what ends up happening to people like you. You and your family will end up w/ nothing because of your attitude. When you or someone close to you comes into a situation that may change their life around, I hope someone treats them like you treat others. Nothing is guaranteed tomorrow. So, when you lose your job, get hospitalized, loose a family member (child, wife, husband, mother, father) and your life gets turned around because of this change in life, I would like to see how you are. God help you when it comes time to meet the Lord on your judgment day and you have to answer for all the wrong that you spoke or done to His children. I am none of the names you have listed and I feel bad for your evil soul. AND FOR THE RECORD....I'M NOT LATE ON MY PAYMENTS....MY PROBLEM IS PRESTIGE FINANCIAL AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO IF YOU'RE NOT A PART OF THAT COMPANY....WHY ARE YOU IN EVERYONES BUSINESS ACTING LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD? I PURPOSELY DIDN'T SAY IF I WAS LATE OR NOT BECAUSE I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE "JIM". I told them about my situation before my due date. Or is there something else you know that I don't? Hmm???? There is something called an IP Address....don't forget that. If I find out that you work for them, you will be exposed.

You are financed by them because you have a track record of NOT paying your bills in the past. Otherwise you would be blessed with bank financing and much lower rates. But notice what your emphasis is here. NOT finding some way to increase your cashflow but instead, crying and whining about their calls. If you are late then COLLECTORS will call. If you don't like having COLLECTORS call then it is entirely within your power to shut them up. by PAYING YOUR BILLS. When ADULTS have a setback, ADULTS immediately get to work finding a solution. You disclosed there are you and your husband and both have lost jobs. That tells everyone both of you have a track record of working. Therefore the both of you get out and GET ON A PAYROLL whether or not its a job in your chosen field. You guys need money. ADULTS when faced with such a situation do what they have to do to pay their bills. All their suggestions were right on. All they are interested in is their money. They are not here to "help" you especially since your past clearly shows your track record of late payments. You can say whatever you want about me. The bottom line is when ADULTS have money problems. ADULTS do whatever they need to do to solve them. But go ahead and complain to any law enforcement body you wish. I'm sure they will get some laughs because the lender has every right to hold you to your contract which says you agree to pay on time, every time. And no, I don't work for them. But that's OK. you just go on and think whatever you want to think. But why don't you tell us how many doors you knocked on this week so far trying to get on any payroll to do something about this problem!
