I contracted with this company for debt management services in August of 09. They promised assistance with credit card debt. There was good contact until the "good faith" money was sent in.
I followed all policies that they recommended in dealing with the creditors in refering them to Prestige who was supposd to deal with them and negotiate the debts. There was NO CONTACT that I did not start after the initial date. I apparently was lied to by them as no services were performed for 8 months and I have now been sued by a credtor. I have one option left now.
Don't use this company. They have scammed me for several thousand dollars and put me in a worse hole that I was before.

It did take patience to watch them work. They are not very communicative and will only reach out when they are in contract negotiations and a deal is close. However, they were fairly prompt in responding to my inquiries, and they were faithful with managing the money I sent them.
They could probably improve their customer service a bit. Otherwise, I think they did a great job for me.

Imagine this...2 days of filing a BBB report on this bunch they called me asking why I was unhappy with them. If I could have reached thru the phone I would have choked the guy. He says "It was company policy not to contact anyone unless a settlement offer has come forward"and that "there had been no negotiation on the debts as they were waiting on money to build in the account before they started.
They offered to refund some of my money to make the BBB complaint go away. I jump at that since I needed it. Should have asked for more. But this won't go away. Don't use them. The end result of their inactions is still there and I am now faced with several years of very hard times because of it but I won't deny that the root problem was mine to begin with.
