This bank ripped me off good and no one solved the problem, even the vice president of the company. I made a payment to my account through this company in the month of May, and I put down the day that the payment will come out of my bank account. Someone in the customer services depoartment sent my payment through before the due date and overdrawn my bank account. I called the customer service department and they said it was their error, and transfered me to another superviosr, that lady said that it was my error. And before my payment went through, I contacted this bank and talked to one of their representative, I asked him to check what day my payments will hit my account and he said that it will be the 25th.
I forgot to write his name down and when my account was overdrawn and this problem occured, it looked like they took the name of the person I talked to that day, and after they transfered me to 10 different people, finally they said there is nothing they can do, it was my fault. I am sick of this bank and their service. I called back and told them I need to speak to the owner and they gave me the vice president. This is what she said, " I'm sorry for what is happening to your account and we can not refund all the fees that went through your account, but this is what we can do. On the first of July, I want you to call me back and i will skip your payment for that month."
On the first of July, I called her, she never answered her phone, she never returned any phone calls or any messages. July was over and nothing done. They have a lousy customer services, lousy service and I don't think all these people work there went to school. I hate this bank, if anyone is buying a car and this is a bank will finance you. Please do not finance with Prestige. They ripp every penny out of your pockets and they are not friendly as well. I am trying to get out of this bank, they are worthless people ever. I don't care if Larry owns it, this guy doesn't care about anyone but himself anyway.
