Prestige Jeep Chrysler Dodge Towbin Liars about pay offs, high pressure finance sales, and lies about equipment Las Vegas, Nevada

So almost a year ago I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Artic Edition from here.  It was not the vehicle I even wanted, I was more interested in a Jeep Wrangler but they did the whole we got your key crap you can't leave until buy.  Never again will I give a dealership my keys.  First thing when I noticed the vehicle I saw it had a touchscreen unit inside of it.  I asked the sales person, the sales manager and the finance manager is that a touchscreen radio or navigation unit.  

Oh it is a navigation unit this is the Arctic edition you are getting the best(yeah the best piece of crap).  2 weeks later after planning an extensive trip to California I found out it was not a navigation unit but a touch screen radio.  I called them out on it and they told me to bad your contract is signed your stuck.  The finance manager also would not let me leave until I bought the stupid crap I mean gap insurance.  

I told him no 9 times and even said forget this I am leaving and he said your with me now that is not an option you made an agreement you have to keep it.  Then to make matters worse my pay off was suppose to be paid off in 2 weeks and they didn't pay it off for over a month.  This not only made me have to make a car payment but also cost me $250 as the pay off amount was different.  Also when I purchased this hunk of crap the antenna for the fm radio was broken off and the screw is stuck on the inside.  

I was promised it would be fixed and would receive a call.  They have not called me or fixed it yet.  They need to just take the vehicle back and let me out of my payments so I can move on with my life.  They lied to me have not did as they said yet forced me into a vehicle.  I really hope a lawyer takes this on because I have 3 witnesses to this.  Prestige/Towbin is the worst dealership in Nevada.  I even refinanced my vehicle and have not received reimbursement on my Gap insurance.
