Prestige Portraits Senior portraits Internet

 My son's senior portraits were taken my prestige, which the school recommends and basically forces you to use them. The proofs come, they aren't horrible , my son actually picks out one that he loved, he wants to use for his friends and family  giveouts. I send in the order everything is good, I find they are extremely expensive though.

Today the pictures come, and the one he picked out they cropped and cut off 1/2 of his head, he has no hair and it starts at his forehead, I call immediately to make my dissatisfaction known. I'm transferred to here and there and finally get transferred to clerical. Really, Clerical. I very calmly explain the situation, and the response I get is oh well it's a landscape , horizontal pic, and when you crop it it sometimes does that. WHAT !!!!!  your telling me you don't see a problem with that, the proof is not like that, and i ordered off the proof. Well, her response is yes, I ask if they can flip the picture to a vertical and she says no. I don't know about you but my basic computer can do that why can't a professional set up do the same thing.

Well most of my son's pictures were taken in the same fashion, and now I don't have another picture to chose from. So Now I have to find another photographer who can do the pictures and not cost a bloody fortune.

I'm so unhappy with this company, you would think that the photographer might be aware taking the picture like that is not always the best way,or they need to figure out how to use paint to flip from horizontal to vertical.

I would recommend NOT using them if you don't have too.

I will be sending back on portraits and getting back my 500.00 dollars .
