We registered with David Harris and were told there were many interested buyers. We sent original deposit of $399.00. We received regular telephone calls updated us on our "place" on thelist..."only 25 more in front of your property..." When it was time for the purchase at a major Timeshare Presentation Convention, the buyers suddenly gor divorced and didn't want to go through with it. From that point on it was impossible to contact anyone until February 08 when Samantha Pierson answered the phone. She sent us a letter stating thatinstead of the $22K we were to get, she now had a buyer for $20K, but we would have to pay an additional $1600. At this point we sent a registered letter, which came back "UNCLAIMED". I have contacted the BBB that this scam company is supposedly registered with, but have heard nothing.
