Prestige Timeshare Marketing They stole 1,700 from my husband and I Pompano Beach Florida

It started with John stating that he could sell our timeshare within 30 days or our money back, we sent Prestige Timeshare Marketing 1,700 for their service and we got hagged. 30 days later I called and gets David who stated that we were number 96 on some list of people and that they were closing with other clients and our date to close was August, 2007 when the date came David stated that this doctor and his wife were going through some problems and were getting a divorce therefore they would not be coming to closing and our closing deal is on hold. After calling for about 3 more months and not getting any response, I finally got to Samatha who stated to me that David had been fired and she did not approve of how David was handling things, she stated that she would send my husband and I a free trip anywhere on them, well she sent the brochure and she told me to call, not that we believed her, but I called and tried to book a reservation and lord and behold the information she sent me was a fake, that's we Samatha stop returning my calls or she was at closing or she was out of the office for the day. Finally, I called back about a month ago and the mailbox was full, I kept calling everyday afterwards and nothing. We have been really scammed. It is bad enough when people get scammed from other people in countries where the United States can't do anything about it, but it is in the United States and no one is doing a thing about this company inspite of complaints.

We would really like to get a class action suite going on here and hopefully someone can get some jail time on top of us getting our money back. Please feel free to contact me via email at anytime.
