Price Angels Sends defective products, takes the product back and does not refund Internet

Price Angels, asked me to send it via US mail, I had to pay for it, after a while they claimed that they never got and charged me the full amount, disputing with the credit card company is not working as VISA procedures (how is the public suppose to know) require a tracking number EVEN if Price Angels told me in writing that I can send it via US mail without any receipt.
Please be careful when buying from Price Angels. There are lots of other companies who are reliable and do not cheat people.
