I want to simply say the Priceline.com has the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed. The website is deceptive and if a mistake is made there is absolute no attempt made to resolve the issue. They will transfer you to the resolution center; however, it is obviously in the same room because the back ground noise is the same.
I would suggest against anyone using this site to make reservations because you'll never know where you will be place and there is no probrem resolution policy.
