I have had the unfortunate opportunity of doing business with Priceline.com/Lowestfares.com.....I wish to share this unhappy and unsatisfactory situation with all other consumers, along with contact numbers of this "hidden" Corporate office that refuses to assist the public, their customers.
I searched on line to purchase a round-trip ticket. After making my choice and inputting my credit card info, Priceline informed me of no availability on this flight. Still wishing to book travel, I re-searched my requirements. I was at the second time able to book my trip. Unbeknown to me......they charged my credit card for both trips, even though my first choice was unbooked and unavailable. Due to this significant error amount that they charged-TWICE-my bank account was put in the negative and I was subjected to several overdraft fees. I was left with NOTHING. I am in need of medication, to which Priceline continues to hold my money, without my authorization and NO ACCESS TO MY FUNDS.
I called the corporate office several times, My Assemblyman called them several times. At this writing, they still REFUSE to refund this overcharge, nor can I even speak to any one regarding this situation. My only alternative at this point is to proceed with legal action, to which was instituted today.
As this company does not take complaints, nor offer resolutions to their mistakes, I wish to allow the public the following employees names and direct numbers, with the hopes that this does not occur to anyone..ever again.

Companies like this that remain veiled and hidden behind lead walls are nothing less then cheats. Do yourself a favor...its to late for me...but I urge you to do business directly with each airline..by-pass Priceline...and if it is to late....scream loud and clear. Myself...like I said, I have contacted an attorney to get my funds released, along with a formal written complaint to the Attorney Generals office.
