Priceline bottom line is their money and all about them, they do not offer any type of Customer Service through their corporate office. I was told that I could speak to the VP of Customer Service and Operations. The VP's name, Lisa Gillingham at extension 72038375 (203)-299-8000 for further assistance since the "regular" Customer Service Department could not assist me. I called and left a message on Ms. Gillingham's extention to only be called back by a third party company by the name Call Tech who stated that they would leave a message for her to call but that she usually does not speak to customers. I also left messages for Jeffrey Boyd, CEO and Tim Gordon, VP of Hotels neither bothered to return a call or have someone from the actual corporate office of Priceline contact me back. Nope all you will get is a third party company by the name Call Tech who will contact you back. As consumers we are not that important to Priceline. They will take your money and refuse to talk to you and hide behind a third party company who handles their dirty work. Good companies are based on Customer Support and Retention which is not something that this company has or even wants to offer. We called within hours to cancel our reservation due unforseen circumstances and were told that we were screwed, they have our money, and after many calls later within the past two weeks we can confirm that they (priceline) don't even care about keeping our business. We book with Priceline two to three times a month for our travels with our business and have done so for the past five years. We are not a Customer that uses them just once we use them all the time...but not anymore and I will let everyone I know or come in contact with that it is better to spend the extra few dollars and book through the hotel so you can have a cancelation policy and not lose your money. Priceline the company is non-existant.....if they did exist then you would be able to speak to an actual employee at the corporate level but here you can not. You will get some minimum wage employee from a third party company that does not give a hoot about you or Priceline for that matter. BUYER BEWARE.......This company will screw you over in a hearbeat and take your hard earned American dollars, and not give two hoots about you as a customer, or be willing to keep you for business in the future because they have plenty of other people that they can steal from each day.
