They booked a hotel a long way from the area requested. They refused to cancel claiming "no cancellation clause". I did not use the hotel but my credit card was billed and Mastercard refused to take it off.
I sued in Small Claims Court for failure of consideration and won plus cost.
If you do not get what you paid for sue for "failure of considerate" in your home court. Non cancellation clause is  no defense to such a  suit. Good Luck

How did you "win"?  Did representatives from Priceline actually show up in court or did you get a "Default Judgment" because they didn't show?

If it is a Default Judgment and somehow you got it through the Small Claims process without giving them a chance to defend themselves.  So while you may have won the case, when you try to actually collect you may have a few surprises.

How about posting the Court Docket information.
