Was on the phone with priceline for six hours begging them to fix my accomodations they booked for my family, we were only able to spend a two night vacation because of the price given to us . they guaranteed my family an ocean front view and a very nice suite ,the price was high, but I trusted them as proffesionals.
We never had a room where we could see the ocean, I am a single mom on a budget and we were willing to shorten our vacation for the opportunity to experience that because of the high price quoted to us by priceline.we ended up having a very small cramped room and the viewof the street.
They told us we were on the boardwalk and we were 26 streets from there .we had to drive and pay very exspensive parking fees as well. Needless to say they lied, they stole, they misrepresented and they didnt careless.
