I am a 2nd prize winner in the second catagory of the USA Mega draw held on Feb 11, 2010. The serial number 5928549 and matched the first five lucky winning numbers 11-25-31-37-49.
The enclosed check is for $4800.00 with a statement in the letter that the tax amount to be paid as a non-resident is $3860.00 on a potential win of $450,000.
The check is written on a Bank of America account, 1500 Newell Ave, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 on the company, JAG APPAREL GROUP, INC, 180 Rittenhouse Cr, Bristol, PA 19007.
The check is signed by Warren G. Harding, mmm?, curious that he was the 29 president of the United States in the late 19th-early 20th century.
