I called and requested a refund. They agreed, I was told to send the package back and I'd recieve the $187 in 8-12 weeks. Instead, a week later they debited the account for ANOTHER $187. Needless to say that bounced and we incrued a $30 overdraft fee.
When I spoke to Mr. Steven he told me to send him a copy and he would include that in the refund amount totaling $217. That was 5 months ago. I called again on 07/29 and was told the refund has been processed for Aug. 20th, 6 months after they recieved the package back, which by the way I sent FedEx so I have a signiture. I was so pissed I called my laywer, he is now handeling everything. I will keep you updated.
