I got everything they sent me. I looked it over and then I gave them a call and told them that I want to cancel and they said ok. All I had to do was to send them EVERYTHING BACK TO THEM and they would REFUND me back my $197.00 back into my CHECKING ACCOUNT.
So far I have not RECIEVED MY REFUND THAT THEY HAD PROMISED ME. I sent them back everything on OCTOBER 19th,2004 by US POSTAL MAIL as PRIORITY. That was over 1 year ago.
PLEASE HELP ME. I NEED THE MONEY BECAUSE I AM ON DISABILITY AND I RECIEVE DIRECT DEPOSIT FROM SOCIAL SECURITY. I have made several attemps to call them,but their number has been DISCONNECTED. I have emailed them many times but no RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM. What should I do.
