The offer was from Prime Peripherals Staples (rebate offer #39). Their address is P.O. Box 821 New Rochelle, NY 10802 and their website is www.tcarebates,com
I never heard from them so I checked on their website and found that I wasn't listed. I then sent an e-mail to their e-mail address: rebateline@aol.com. They never answered. I sent three more e-mails which they also ignored.
Then I sent one to Staples. This was also ignored.
I know this is only $10, but they are the ones who made the deal and said I could get $10 if I bought this particular brand instead of another. They could offer a $50 rebate if they plan to never pay it.
In my eyes this is fraud and has tainted all rebate offers.

To Whom this may concern,
Regarding your report @ http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff5511.htm
About "Prime Peripherals Staples Rebate rip-off" I had the same experience.
I called the local Staples store to then be referred to the corporate office. From that telephone menu I spoke to a representative who knew the problem and issued me a check.
The number I called was 1-877-235-9088, the secretary transferred the call to "Office of the President", then #1, #2
got me to the Staples Rebate Processing Center.
Hope this is helpful, thanks for the initial report.
